HR Manager Associate

Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead and support recruitment processes for new hires
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Manage and update employee data within the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as the main point of contact for communication with governmental authorities
  • Ensure all employee data is handled in accordance with applicable regulations and data protection laws
  • Provide HR support tailored to construction projects, aligning with project needs and qualifications
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate in the development of corporate communication materials, including content for LinkedIn and the company website
  • Facilitate daily communication with international teams executing projects in Scandinavia and liaise with Metrostav Group’s headquarters

Desired qualifications and attributes:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences)
  • Demonstrated interest in personnel administration, with a preference for relevant experience
  • Previous HR experience is advantageous, though highly capable recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak is mandatory
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in both Norwegian and English
