Our long-awaited breakthrough in the Fámjin tunnel in the Faroe Islands

After a long and challenging journey through the project, we have finally seen the light at the end of the tunnel. The last blast was officially fired on 18 July 2024 at 14:30 local time followed by a large ceremony organised by the client . The participation at the ceremony was very large – almost everyone on the island came out to support us 😊.

With this, we would like to say a big thank you to the entire project team led by Anton Vido for co-operation in such a challenging project, and most importantly, for not giving up and persevering to the end under these difficult conditions.
