Primary responsibilities:
- Lead and support recruitment processes for new hires
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Manage and update employee data within the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the main point of contact for communication with governmental authorities
- Ensure all employee data is handled in accordance with applicable regulations and data protection laws
- Provide HR support tailored to construction projects, aligning with project needs and qualifications
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on HR-related matters
- Collaborate in the development of corporate communication materials, including content for LinkedIn and the company website
- Facilitate daily communication with international teams executing projects in Scandinavia and liaise with Metrostav Group’s headquarters

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences)
- Demonstrated interest in personnel administration, with a preference for relevant experience
- Previous HR experience is advantageous, though highly capable recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak is mandatory
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in both Norwegian and English
