Since the interest in our knowledge and our skilled workers is increasing, as well as our production capacity, we are looking for a hard-working and independent project manager, site manager, quality manager and HSE/environment manager as additions to our team.

Quality Manager:
A Quality Manager is responsible for the project management system, which includes ensuring that quality standards are met and continuously improved while following the ISO certifications.
The Quality Manager’s work tasks include the following:
- monitoring of and reporting about quality conditions
- compliance with and development of standards of project quality
- implementation and development of a training system for the employees
- planning and coordination of intern and extern audits
- close cooperation with the management of the company and particular projects during the implementation of new procedures

We are looking for a quality manager who:
- manages to work independently but is also a good team player
- has several years of experience working as a quality manager
- has extensive knowledge of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 norms
- can identify challenges and deal with them in a calm manner
- has good knowledge of spoken/written Norwegian
- is familiar with and understands Norwegian legal norms and regulations
- is flexible, well-organized, full of initiative, and quality-focused
